Start with a measurable requirement
Describe the parameter, target limit, test context, and reason it matters. A measurable requirement is more useful than a general request for a higher grade.
Share the application context
Explain where the material is used, the expected concentration, sensitive downstream steps, and the stage of evaluation. This helps separate a screening request from a production supply requirement.
Define the supply context
Include the expected order quantity, packaging preference, destination market, timing, and whether a sample is needed before scale-up.
Confirm feasibility and documentation
Customisation may include agreed purity, selected metal-cation limits, microbial controls, or other specification items. Feasibility, method, tolerance, lead time, and supporting documents must be reviewed before supply is confirmed.
